Our facilities are also available for rent for private retreat groups, church gatherings, and religious conferences. Reach out to discuss availability and pricing.

Personal retreat days are available for individuals throughout the year.

Retreat Registration & Payment Options
We're excited to welcome you to an upcoming retreat!
You have two options to register:
1. Register online via WeTravel
Conveniently register online through WeTravel. (Please note: service fees will apply.)
2. Register by mail with a check
To avoid fees, you may mail a check for the full retreat fee to:

Checks must be received at least one week prior to the retreat date to secure your spot.
We recommend using Certified Mail or a shipping method with tracking.
Before mailing your check, please contact the Retreat Director, Lisa, to ensure there is still space available.

1. Print and fill out the attached form, then mail it along with your check
2. Simply write your responses on a piece of paper and include that with your check.

Cancellation Policy for Events - Bethany Retreat Center
We understand that plans change.
Below is our cancellation policy for all day, weekend, and weeklong retreats:

Cancellations within 72 hours' notice
Guests who cancel at least 72 hours prior to their scheduled arrival date and time will receive a full refund of any payment made.

Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice
Guests who cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Any remaining balance paid will be refunded.

Event cancellations by Bethany Retreat Center
In the rare case that an event is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued to all registered guests.
If you have any questions or need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

Bethany Retreat Center is happy to provide virtual retreats.

Weekly virtual retreat every Tuesday
Bring Centering Prayer into your home with our Bethany Virtual Centering Prayer. The virtual centering prayer begins with 20 minutes of Centering Prayer followed by book discussion.
Personal Retreats
When the schedule permits, individuals and groups are welcome to avail themselves of the prayerful atmosphere of the retreat center for a day or for overnight stays. Arrangements are tailored to the needs and desires of the individual or group. The facilities at Bethany Retreat Center are also available for rent, if you would be interested in bringing your group to the Retreat Center for a private retreat, please contact Lisa at 814-780-8101.
