​Anawim Ministries ministers to the needs of people in Central Appalachia Pennsylvania. Volunteers meet the needs of the poor in Clearfield County, Pennsylvania that fall through the cracks of county agencies. Anawim Ministries is one mission that responds to the cries of the poor according to the pastoral letter "This Land is Home to Me" by the Catholic Bishops of Appalachia. The Bethany Youth Program offers young people various opportunities to volunteer and help those in need. This mission is special and unique in that the persons who volunteer are invited to live a life of solidarity with the poor.

Youth Retreats
Youth Retreats facilitated by Anawim Ministries are available throughout the year. They are directed by Sr. Suzanne along with a team of adults. Retreats can be designed from ages kindergarten to college. The location of the retreat and the length of your retreat is based upon the needs of your parish. Sr. Suzanne and her team will work closely with you to provide an exciting youth retreat.
Facility Rental
Anawim Ministries Bethany Youth Retreat Center has a wonderful facility for religious retreats, events, and meetings. With two housing units, it has sleeping accommodations for up to 76 people.
