Mindfulness practices have been an integral part of most Eastern and Western religions. However, only recently has modern science caught up with ancient traditions, proving that engaging in various practices can literally transform the way we perceive, feel, and act. This can bring about less stress, improved cognition, increased creativity, and an overall sense of well-being. Join me for a weekend of exploration into the many ways of practicing mindfulness to find those that resonate with you.

About the facilitator
With 35+ years of business experience in various capacities from IT consultant, certified project manager, instructor, published author and speaker to entrepreneur and executive. As an entrepreneur, building a business from the ground up taught me communication skills for successful partnerships and taught me the value of approaching all engagements with integrity and clearly defining outcomes. As a leader, lending my voice to the sales and marketing efforts within the companies I represented helped to grow the businesses through partnership and teamwork. I am now in the giveback phase of my life journey. As an ICF certified professional coach (PCC) and National Board Certified Health and Wellness coach (NBC-HWC), I specialize in Leadership, Personal Growth, and Wellbeing.
I am passionate about Positive Psychology, Emotional Intelligence, Mindfulness and Meditation. I bring insight and experience to my group facilitation and coaching engagements, encouraging learning and growth above all.
