About this retreat

This is an Intensive Centering Prayer Retreat based on the work of David

Frenette in his seminal book, The Path of Centering Prayer, hailed by Fr.

Thomas Keating as, ‘The best, most comprehensive and most practical

book on Centering Prayer.’

David Frenette is a leader and senior teacher in the Centering prayer

Simplicity and Awakening, Gentleness and Effortlessness, Letting Go and

Letting Be, among others.
